Terrible, i would not recommend this practice to anyone.
My mother and I have been patients for over 2 years and have seen 3 different Doctors.
Unfortunately the best Doctors leave? And frequently are not Replaced.
Booking an appointment is impossible and when you do the office staff who have become increasingly rude and incompetent change it without telling you and rudely insist you didnt make an appointment, even if its the same staff member you made it with?
They had no problem inconvenieing my 87yo mother insisting I made an appointment a day earlier which did not! And Denying all knowledge

Why do they have to be rude over the phone. The doctor called me before my phone appointment, I could not answer because I was on an important call, I was waiting for a 2pm call, not a 1.50pm call. Then the phone is engaged for 5 mins and then when I finally get through I get attitude from the practice manager. Now I just need a phone appointment to refill a script and get attitude because they are short staffed and it’s going to take extra long to send through a script. Then when I ask how long, I get more attitude. I get your busy and understaffed, I’m sorry about that but there is no need

This medical practice is absolutely fantastic in their care and professionalism.
The staff always great you with a warm and friendly welcome.
They provide essential in-house services. From GP visits, to flu shots and taking bloods.
In my experience, they have always been able to get me in to see my GP at short notice.
Their Doctor's are extremely professional and they actually have time to listen to you and provide the proper care if required.
I highly recommend Wagga Wagga Medical Centre.

The Centre has been the difference between life and death for me. I fully recommend the doctors as I have seen four different ones...over many years now. I really like the receptionists too. They are role models for one's voice. The art work in the lobby is superior to what I have seen in art galleries. The doctors are wonderful. I have had various family members also come in and see the doctors and within two minutes, they knew it was all going to be the best medical treatment ever received in the years they went to other doctors with their ongoing problems. Absolutely disgraceful. I took my a friend to this practice because she was having trouble breathing and couldn't drive.
We was told by Dr. Chen at this practice to 'leave and never come back' after I questioned her regarding obtaining a medical certificate for my friend. The class required my friend to stand outside for four hours in winter. She did not ask any questions as to how my friend was feeling or what symptoms she had. She told her to 'wear more clothes' and printed out a fact sheet on the common cold. This was a day after she had been in because of severe vomiting which required the
