Established in 2011, Trail Street Medical Centre provides quality General Practice and allied health services to residents of the Wagga Wagga area. We offer these services in a caring, friendly and non-judgemental environment, providing both patients and staff with the utmost care and respect at all times.

Dr Mary Ross graduated from the University of NSW in 1991 and previously worked in Canberra, the UK, and in her self-established Tumut GP practice for 15 years. Dr Ross established Trail Street Medical Centre in 2011 with the aim to provide quality and accessible medical services to the Wagga Wagga community.
Our nursing team is integral to the outstanding quality of medical services you will find at Trail Street Medical Centre. Wendy, Peta and Bernadette provide professional nursing care with a high level of technical skill and experience. They can assist with childhood and travel immunisations, dressings, ECGs, spirometry and other minor procedures in a caring, friendly and non-judgemental manner.
DHM Pathology collection is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8.00am - 11.00am. No appointment is required. Please contact our reception staff for an appointment with our mental health nurse Martin Alster. These appointments have no financial cost with a mental health plan referral from your GP.

Terrible experience with reception staff. They were rude, blunt, and wouldn't go any further to assist. For a surgery that doesn't bulk bill, charges like a wounded bull and has made a lot of money out of their patients, and remember, these people are ill, you would think they could be a little kinder and not like mindless robots. It also acts as a halfway house for Doctors from Sydney. You'll see one this week, next week they're gone and no one will tell you a thing. Just a really terrible experience. One star for having an automatic opening door.

I was seeing various doctors at this practice a few years ago regarding various symptoms that couldn't be explained. One of the female doctors tried to diagnose me a psychosomatic and I left in tears and never returned. I have since moved closer to Sydney and thankfully found quality doctors who have Diagnosed and surgically treated me for Stage 4 Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and PCOS.
