What is Confidente? Confidente is a business based on a philosophy of service. A unique hairdressing experience where the only customer that matters is you and excellence can be expected. How can we say that? It's simple. We are a studio Salon. We service only one client at a time. No sharing your stylist with 4 other clients while they race through the service eager to get you to the check out.
For over 13 years, Katharina has dedicated herself to the craft of hairdressing. She has finessed her skills whilst working for top international, national and local Melbourne salons. She is now stepping back into the doors of Confidente (you may remember her from years gone by), to once again provide hair services of outstanding quality.
Confidente has always been primarily focused on customer service, in a specialized one on one environment and luxurious space. So much so that we have won multiple awards for it. We offer a service experience like no other and a level of professionalism that is rarely experienced in the hair care industry.

While visiting Melbourne from interstate I had the pleasure of getting my hair washed, cut and blow waved by the wonderful Anne at Confidente. The service was professional, informative, efficient and well-priced. I was very pleased with the result and will be returning to Confidente on my visit to Victoria.

Simply the most professional hair salon i have found in 12 years on the road globally. Their standard of work is always the same, outstanding. I have know Rebecca and Justin since 2011 and have been to many salons since I first went to Confidente but when ever I come home they are the only place I will go. I have never had a bad stylist there, not even an average one. They don't even employee apprentices. If you are looking for the best i can recommend this salon as a true 5/5 experience.

I got my hair cut there a month ago by Yuko. She did a good job with cutting my hair and my hair extensions to blend them together to look natural. She took her time, listened to what I wanted and did not rush. I can tell she's quite the perfectionist as well as being genuinely nice and polite. Also important to note that I called up this hair salon wanting a booking with not much notice as I am so unorganised (which would be annoying! sorry!). Rebecca was friendly to talk to and accommodated for me. Would I return? Sure... but only when I can source the extra money to treat myself as I think it

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at your salon. I was wanting a complete revamp, and Natalie was so amazing with the suggestions she gave me. She was really chatty and kept me informed the whole way through the process. I also loved how the service provided was one to one. With salons that I’ve been to before, the colourists/stylists would be working on 2 maybe 3 clients at any one time, jumping between them, and you feel more like a production line than a client. At this salon, you have the full attention of the staff and it’s a much more personal experience...Hands down the best

Very professional and excellent customer service. Perfect place for a makeover. I have not seen any other salon to extend this kind of personal care, my hair was so unruly, frizzy and uncontrollable but Kat...'s great work changed my perception on my hair. I felt very comfortable and super happy with the whole service. All though, it is a bit pricey than other salons but their service paid off everything. Thank you dear.

I have been going there since it opened back in 2008. It is a great personal salon. I go there because at all times the attention is always on you as there are no other customers causing distractions. Rebecca’s has got a great crew with her. All of the girls have cut my hair and have to say consistency is great with absolutely no complaints. Yes I could go to an express cut or barber for my haircut but why when I get personal service and consistency every time?

What a fabulous find in Melbourne. I enjoy the fact it is a intimate studio with one on one service. Given I lead a very hectic life, the personal experience and time I have with the stylist is exceptional. I have been 3 times now and every time I have been most impressed. Last night I took my daughter also. Kathryn is an exceptional operator, very knowledgeable, on trend and extremely patient. Customer service and satisfaction for me has been 10/10.
