I loved this place! The service and attention they put on my hair made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! They took the time to explained exactly what could be achieved with what I originally wanted without damaging my hair and I loved the results! My hair looks shiny, healthy and finally with a red colour that I can actually see and enjoy!! Will definitely come back!

I got a keratin treatment and a cut from here and I must say they did an amazing job. Priya was very friendly and offered me an exceptional level of hospitality, and she broke down the entire process before Raj took over. Although it was a busy day, Raj was patient and did a fantastic job on my hair and I highly recommend Sapphire Essence.

This place is amazing, all of the ladies were so lovely and accomodating, they explained the pros and cons of the treatments I wanted and they did an amazing job with my hair. I also noted that they had a lot of returning customers which is exactly what I will be. The prices are very reasonable, I chose not to use a voucher and it was still very well priced particularly for the service that they provided. I'll definitely be returning.

Took a keratin treatment at this salon and it's been an amazing experience. Raj was patient, friendly and did a great job with the hair treatment. Booking an appointment prior to visit is recommended. The price is a bit expensive but value added coupons are available on sites such as Groupon and it's definitely worth it.

Just left Sapphire Essence a very happy girl! I booked the style cut and half head balayage for very cheap, called the salon and was seen immediately. I showed Zane a picture of what I wanted, and he very carefully selected the shade I wanted. He took his time and my hair turned out exactly as he described. He was super polite and I felt like he cared about how everything turned out. I don't know about other stylists, but I would recommend Zane to anyone looking for a good color.
