Terrible terrible service provided. Charged me $1400 to fix thermostat and a new radiator and replacing coolant and Engine oil in my Out-lander. I trusted the owner (Peter) words, when he said your Car will be like new after fixing. I paid $1400 on the phone and ready to go after driving for 15 min car stop in the mid of the road had to tow the car back to Hawthorn Automotive Improvements, where I kept my car afterward he did a small compression test and suggest me engine needs to be reconditioned will cost $4700 on top of $1400. I asked for $200 discount he denied saying don't want to cut the

A very regrettable experience. After taking our families BMW X5 for several services and now moving further away we had to take our car to another Service Center who identified several components that were incorrectly installed and causing further issues. I feel like I've been taken for a ride and won't recommend taking your car here.

I booked in for some repair work for the very first time with this mechanics, and I’m glad I did as they are A++. I can’t recommend them enough.
I actually did some research beforehand to find a trustworthy mechanic nearby, and this place seemed to be quite good. I can now say that they have exceeded my expectations and are trustworthy!
Work with these guys - book ahead of time and give them the time they need to do the job. Quality doesn’t come easily and if we want a good mechanic we need to enable that quality.

I have had my car serviced here about three or four times and have been happy with their work. Prices have been reasonable too (I check them with another mechanic friend of mine who lives out of the area as in the past I have been ripped off a lot with repairs) and they have always called to check if I want something more major repaired before doing it.
