I’ve had my car serviced and repaired there since 2011. I appreciate their attention to detail, which has meant that my car has been in excellent condition for the past 8 years and has many more years of life in her yet. I can not recommend the team highly enough. Fast forward: Now that I have passed the Yaris on to my daughter, I now take my Mercedes to Adam, who continues to look after me with his excellent service and fantastic car care. I simply would not dream of going anywhere else.

I ask what the problem is? I get a straight answer.
I ask what the approximate price will be? I get a straight answer.
I receive a phone call confirming the work and price after inspection, BEFORE they start the work, everytime!
When you need something that is outside of their delivery, just ask who they recommend, I have had tires and panel beating done on their recommendation and was very happy with the results.

I highly recommend Bob Watson service Centre. I visited this service Centre because other customer appreciated its honest and professional service.
I have Holden (Barina) car and wanted to fix the aircon but the Service guy told me that engine is completely in bad state and not worth fixing aircon by regasing...
This proves they aren't just to earn money.. They are completely ethical and genuine.
Definitely I recon Bob Watson Service Centre.

Adam is very ethical and helpful. He diagnosed quickly an auto transmission failure that I then followed up with VW to be a probable recall issue for the dealership to repair, which he hasn't charged for. I always take our vehicles there for great value servicing and trusted advice on any repairs required.

I moved into the area and I was looking for reliable place to get my Land Rover serviced. My experience with Adam and their staff has been absolutely amazing.
I got my car serviced for a very competitive price. To my surprise, not only did they complete the regular service but also rectified a fault on the dashboard screen.
I had the same fault reviewed by other places who had quoted me an exorbitant amount and advised to replace the entire Haldex differential pump.
Adam and his team were very professional to pick up the loose cable connection and rectify it.

Really impressed with the service I received at Bob Watson’s. I unexpectedly showed up when my clutch failed and I had to be towed to the nearest mechanic I could find and they were honest with the advice they gave. They were prompt and kept me up to date with the repair, will definitely be going back!

I have been getting my car serviced at Bob Watson for 10 years now. Everyone I have dealt with there have always been professional, friendly and helpful. They always take the time to explain works required (and those not required) in full so as a person with very limited knowledge of cars I never feel ripped off. I always refer my friends and family to go here, they are trustworthy, honest and good value - the most important features of a car mechanic!

I have used this service centre for five years and have found the staff to be reliable, courteous and very efficient. All the work they have done on my car has been satisfactory and has never had to be revisited. They always give a "ball park" estimate of the cost of work before commencing and phone if the work is more extensive than first thought (this has happened only once). If they are unable to source a part immediately, they keep in touch and are very diligent about tracking the required part down. I believe their charges are reasonable for the quality of service they offer, will continue
