Birch Psychology is a Clinical Psychology practice in Fitzroy North and Alphington. We offer professional, caring and individualised support for mental health and other life adjustment issues. We are experienced Clinical Psychologists who treat adolescents, adults and families experiencing a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, adjustment, relationship and workplace issues, perinatal concerns, parenting, Family Therapy, and problems arising from cancer or other health concerns.

Kate works with adults and adolescents experiencing mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, trauma, grief, difficulty adjusting to life changes, and health issues. She also assists clients having trouble with relationships, emotions, work and life stress, parenting and sleep. Kate has a warm and collaborative style.
Gillian enjoys working with clients with a diverse range of presentations including depression, anxiety and phobias, stress and adjustment-related concerns, substance use disorders, trauma, personality disorders, emotion dysregulation and grief and loss.

She has a particular interest in women's health issues such as those relating to the pre- and post-natal period, grief and loss related to fertility, relationship & intimacy problems, and recovery from intimate partner violence (including emotionally abusive relationships).
Meriana is a Clinical Psychologist with an empathic and compassionate approach to therapy. She aims to create an environment that is collaborative and supportive to build a strong relationship with her clients. This empowers them to make changes so they can overcome their challenges and lead a more satisfying life.
Thea works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of difficulties in life, including anxiety depression, grief and loss, anger, trauma, and chronic health conditions. Thea has a warm and compassionate style. She takes a collaborative approach and believes in drawing upon client's values and strengths in support of living a meaningful and purposeful life.
