I booked a room online, called them to confirm the date that I would pay the full amount which was agreed to, then I was advised on the day that I was due to pay that my room had been taken by somebody else... Just 3 days prior to the date we were supposed to arrive. Incredibly frustrated as I have had to spend double on a last-minute booking elsewhere in a similar location. I wish I had an opportunity to review them on the actual stay but unfortunately never got the chance. A simple call would have been nice.

We had booked accommodation with Verano several months ago and waited until the very last minute to pay the money through Booking.com to make sure there would be no problems with COVID-19 border closures.
On 18 December my family met in Sydney. We were aware of the small cluster of COVID-19 cases on the Northern Beaches but were nowhere near any of the venues, etc. We kept our eye on the situation and took all necessary precautions then left Sydney as soon as we could. Queensland continued to accept unfettered travellers from Sydney until 22 December when they simply declared the whole of Sydney

Great place for families to stay, especially with little ones as there's a toddlers pool alongside the main pool. Accommodation is set up as a home away from home with everything you need for cooking (and laundry needs).
It would be nice if there was a smoking area to save having to stand out on the street.

We stayed from 27th Jan to 3rd of Feb 2017. Our appartment was fabulous and VERY CLEAN!!!!!! It was so big and spacious with a great floor plan! Everything was modern! All the appliances and crockery were 'brands' and in working order! We had air conditioning as well as fans in the bedrooms so we were definitely cool and comfortable! The pool and… spa was awsome!!!! It was cleaned everyday and so relaxing we used it all the time Jo and Ian were wonderful!!!!! Always happy, smiling, friendly and 'at your service' WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE VERANO AND WE WILL STAY AGAIN!!!!!!

Our 3rd time at Verano in as many years. We keep going back as we know that each time we will be greeted with a nice, clean and tidy apartment and a pool ready to dive into. It has secure parking and is only a 1 minute stroll from a small beach at the end of the road (perfect for the kids as they have room to dig around without the crowds of the main Noosa beach 3km drive away)! There's also a great selection of cafes and restaurants on that esplanade which means no need to drive anywhere to get a meal. We'll be back as we trust the service and amenities we get from Chris & Carmen!! Thank you.
