Really caring doctors and lovely reception staff an excellent practice

My dad has been going here for years always great service from receptionists can't say the same for the doctors Very poor service today. No care taken at all today. Never coming back Craig

I have been coming here for quite a few years now and the service and professionalism of this place has gone. Receptionist are fantastic but can’t say much about the doctors. No passion no care no nothing. Sorry I will never come here again.

Appointment made for 2pm.
At 2:50pm I had been unseen & decided to leave.
Why have appointment times?
So rude.
Changed my doctors same day.
You will never see me again.

The wait times are a freaking joke! why book an appointment if your waiting minimum half an hour over your scheduled time. get it together

Have been using this clinic for 4 years. I am very happy with all my families treatments and the staff & doctors are very accommodating.

Great bunch of doctors, great staff,great dentist,never had an issue..OK I may have to wait sometimes but appreciate there maybe urgent cases that get priority I can accept that..😊😊😊..Dr Nasralla is a ripper bloke..

My original appointment was at 5:30pm for my son last night, by 6pm we were still not seen so we left! The doc was running ATLEAST 30 mins behind with 2/3 people still before us. Made another one today at 12:20 thinking we’d have better luck, I was wrong. Come 12:30 we still weren’t seen after I saw two patients come out and there was two doctors on by then my son wasn’t having it and I wasn’t going to make him wait another half hour plus. Absolutely shocking and won’t be recommending!

My usual doctors, and never had any problems before but the receptionist today 14/11/20 at about 11am was so extremely rude and spoke to me like i was dumb, maybe she didn't have her morning coffee. no need for the attitude.

Absolutely disgusting how long of a wait there is when you have a scheduled appointment. Waiting over an hour and a half is not ok and even worse when not one person has the decency to at least inform you that the GP is running late. Not impressed and would certainly not recommend at this rate!!! 😡

Went to have blood test first time using this dorevitch, met the most rudist woman greeted with what you could call abuse as I could not get there earlier. Never will I use this centre again. Wish I got her name.

The doctor I saw made no attempt to examine my injury. I attended for a workplace certificate, described my condition and was provided with a certificate for work absence . The doctor only requested current medications and allergies .Very poor service here. It was all over in a matter of minutes. The doctor's last comment was "Good luck". Even after describing that I was medicated for hypertension there was no attempt to measure my blood pressure. My injury was I think related to gout, however the doctor made no attempt to do a blood test or offer any advice what so ever. So disappointed.

Bad experience. This is not a clinic, it's an Industry. A 3 days appointment and the Doctor (Ela) was running late 50 minutes and with bad manners saying that I must understand because the clinic is busy!!
What a joke..Poor manners and lack education Standards according to civilized countries.

Worse doctors I have ever been to in my life. Never coming back again I had to wait over an hour. No patients in his room and we still were waiting for the next person to be called for about 20 mins 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great treatment and advise I have been with Dr.Nasralla since they opened and he has been fantastic he treated my husband and was fantastic.

The waiting area here is always so ridiculously noisy, especially with children screaming & yelling. No attempt is made by either parents or staff to try and quiet that space. I will need to look for another practice now as I suffer regularly from headaches and as I had to wait 45 minutes after my booking time on my last visit, I can not tolerate that noise again. Also, the doctors seem more preoccupied with their computers than they are with their patients. And after having a blood test done there recently, I've picked up the worst flu I've ever had from another patient that went before me. Nup

What an absolute joke. Sitting in the waiting room an hour after my daughters scheduled appointment time. The receptionist were very rude and should atleast have the decency to tell patients on arrival that the doctors are running ridiculously late!

I booked appointment for 12:30 n been waiting more than 30 mins doctor doesn't comes. i asked at reception they said still 3 people ahead you ... ridiculous service even u got booked appointment. always running late this wasn't first time. i ll find someone else next time. don't recommend to anyone
