Big room for Clinic management to be improved, webiste showed it's a Covid-drive through Clinic 7 days a week, but I was told on site after 30mins wait that 'covid drive through test need a booking beforehand', waste of time for patients waiting and leave the frontline staff members embarrassed. Please make a clear instruction on your website AND at the entry point to avoid miscommunication with the community.

Visited this clinic for the first time as a new patient. Visited on a weekday and it was not crowded. The reception was good but the nurse and doctor I saw was rushing things and frankly did not allow proper time to explain issues. The doctor I saw, Dr Mian Hameedullah's treatment was not very empathetic and just seem to be rushing people out. I was in quite a bit of pain and I felt ignored. Cannot recommend this sort of treatment to anyone.

This clinic used to be very good. The reception staff are still generally friendly, however I have noticed that after a while the doctors now just want to get you in and out and generaly not interested in anything else. I now have to book three months in advance for another type of service there which is now ineffective for me to continue. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this clinic.

Amazing service! The staff is very lovely, kind and willing to go the extra mile. The doctors are very thorough and easy to talk to. I have been going here for over a year now and i have only seen great service and hospitality. Thank you to the amazing team including saraya and Suzette! Outstanding!

Oshea Medical Centre is one of the best clinics I have been to!
Staff are amazing and always very helpful.
I had my vaccine yesterday and the girl at the covid counter (think her name was Net) was very professional, kind and took the time to make sure i knew when my next appointment and the time is. She was super friendly had a smile on her face the whole time even though the centre looked very busy.
I have also seen Dr Suzy and Dr Kay here, they are both amazing Drs and very caring, knowledgeable, they take the time to listen to their patients. I highly recommend this place.

This practice is amazing. All the doctors I have come into contact with have combined their expertise and knowledge with understanding and they have really listened to the medical problems I have had. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.
