Selling our Family Home of 77 years was quite emotional. We called Real Estate Auctions, spoke to Frank Screnci. Frank has been my agent for almost three years (different properties). I have never been with an agent who goes beyond to make sure everything is done perfectly! Frank has been our property manager for several years. We weren't happy with our previous PM and contacted Frank after a recommendation. The difference has been like night and day - Frank is a true professional and treats both owners and tenants extremely well. He is very proactive and responsive and our tenants like dealing with him. My mother is the tenant that resided in the townhouse and he was our agent for 6 years. As soon as we finished our contract, he showed his real face. He is so rude, shut the phone on my face multiple times, resorts to threats and is absolutely horrible to work with.

Also, these aren’t fake 1 star reviews. I have evidence of Frank threatening and blackmailing me. My family and I gave him the 1 star reviews as we all had a terrible experience with him. And I thought it was my duty to share these experiences so everyone knows who they’re dealing with.

We've been renting with Frank as the agent for well over a year now and he's been amazing - the best real estate agent we've ever dealt with.
His response time is second to none. When there is a issue with the property he'll reply very quickly to get it sorted.
