David is an honest and professional agent . Over the years, he has always been very responsive, polite and straight to the point. He looks after the tenant and also watches the landlord's back. We have two properties that David and his group manage. Every time there is an issue with our properties, David act on it very quickly to make sure the tenants voice is heard, assess the situation properly, communicate it very well to us and organize the right people for the job promptly. I have rented with several agencies in the past, and never have I been treated with such hostility when moving out as I have from agent Lisa Li and Green Park Realty. I rented a 2br unit for 14 months and I had 3 different managing agents, which is strange for this type of industry. Lisa Li was the agent for the last 3 weeks that I lived there until I moved out. Yet, in this short time, she made the process of moving out difficult and treated me as if I was breaking the contract early, even though I wasn’t. She was extremely rude and confrontational in person and she was not clear with her communication

I first met David while looking to purchase a home in Newington. He subsequently was the managing agent for my tenants in the property I purchased. Imagine renting a car with an empty gas tank and the company asked you to return it with a full tank or they will penalize you. Welcome to Green Park Realty. The unprofessionalism is unbelievable with this agency. They hold your bond as ransom and make you go above and beyond when returning the unit. I obliged with every request yet I was still treated as if I owed them for doing me a favor. Renters beware! Fortunately, you have options. They seem to be the smallest agency in that area. I usually like to support small businesses and help them grow. However, since they don’t have the proper training
