My property manager is Jacqui Valencia, she is very professional and being helpful to assist us with all the problems I came cross during my stay, she is a good agent who considers both the tenant and the landlord. And she helps me to receive my refund during the lockdown time promptly while I having a financial hardship! She is the best property agent!

Badia Sowaid is my property manager and she has always picked up my call, day or night, whenever I’ve had an issue. From the initial process of renting the property from her to any repairs I’ve needed, she has always had great communication with me and has sprung into action immediately. Nothing has been a problem to her! I’ve dealt with property managers before where they don’t care about the tenants but Badia is the complete opposite and I cannot recommend her enough!

I was their old tenant. I left the property they charged me 832$ for bond saying you stayed there for 2 years, charge of painting new paints all those stuffs which I don’t think I have to pay all. The door was broken and it was written in the condition report he even read that but he was not not checking the paperwork and charged 150$ for that. He… told me that total expenses was 832$ and when I asked him for invoice to see if they really charging me the actual expenses and he said you can check the price online we haven’t done it yet. So apparently they charged me the assumption
