Phoebee is our caring and welcoming, always-positive Head Coach. Phoebee opened CrossFit Long Haul, Maddington after 6 years in the fitness industry. She felt like Perth needed a gym with a Good Health + Good Times focus where everything wasn't always crash diets, photo-shopped abs and unrealistic expectations.

Phoebee is all about living your life to the fullest, enjoying your friends and family and taking care of your health in a way that supports your lifestyle. Phoebee lives everything she preaches - she loves training but only as much as she loves eating and socialising! Phoebee prides herself on the welcoming and beginner-friendly atmosphere at CrossFit Long Haul and aims to create a community where anyone and everyone (with a good attitude!)
Services
CrossFit is described as constantly varied, functional fitness, performed at a high intensity. That probably sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo though, so let's look at that in simpler terms. At CrossFit Long Haul in Maddington, no class or PT session is ever the same. Our coaches program fun, new workouts for every single day.

Visit the schedule page below to find out how we run our intro's in more detail, but basically this is a chance for us to meet you, discuss your goals and help you find the right programs and path to suit your individual needs. I'm not sure if I'm ready/fit enough for classes, what other options do I have?
Classes at CrossFit Long Haul are a great option for those who want to train often, in a supportive and social group environment. Classes run for one hour, where we work on a selection of Strength, Skills, Conditioning and/or a WOD (Workout of the Day). All classes include good banter and great coaching!
Are you struggling to reach your goals on your own? Do you feel like you have tried everything and nothing is working? Or perhaps everything goes to plan for a week or two and then you fall off the wagon again? Personal Training can help! New members who wish to start CrossFit but are not yet confident in joining our classes.
At CrossFit Long Haul we believe in sustainable, real-life changes. Our motto is Good Health & Good Times, so we know balance is essential for long term results and success. Book Your Free Nutrition Intro: come and chat to our nutrition coach about your goals and challenges. This intro comes with no obligations; you'll get some immediate help and tips from our coaches and some recommendations on how our program will work for you.

BEST LIFE CHOICE I’VE EVER MADE! The members are super friendly and supportive, coaches know exactly what they’re doing and what you need as an individual. I’ve always been too scared to go to a gym but this place lets me be me, with no competition. I’m so much more confident and achieving goals I never thought possible, and it’s fun!

If you don't know anything about Crossfit, this is a good place to start.
They will work with you from a beginners level up to a pro.

Highly recommended. Fun and supportive environment. Great coaches and friendly members. Every movement can be scaled to suit your fitness level. Pop in and check it out, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Love, love LOVE this place. It's not the closet box to me but I wouldn't go at anywhere else. The coaches make you feel so welcome, they look after you and it's all about health and fun! This is the first gym I've actually enjoyed and look forward to going to.

Crossfit Long Haul is not like any other gym. Coach Phoebee approaches everyone with nothing but support and encouragement, makes everyone feel like they've conquered the world after each workout, and becoming better than they were last time, not the person next to them. If you've ever thought about doing crossfit, or even joining a gym, Crossfit Long Haul is the place to do it. There are no 'banned' foods or screaming, because crossfit should be a part of your lifestyle, not a fad. (The colour scheme is also wonderful to look at, and great for selfies.)
