At the close of 2016 we have bred 10 x 300kg Squatters, 9 x 200kg Benchers and 13 x 300kg Deadlifters.

Muscle Pit is a no frills gym that houses a team of like-minded goal oriented individuals. The atmosphere is competitive and as such it will force you to achieve beyond your initial expectations both physically & mentally. We share our collective knowledge; we have the artillery & we have a support network that is proven.
So what's the most feared piece of equipment at your gym. When it comes to effective conditioning tools the leg buckling, vomit inducing and oxygen depleting apparatus's called the Prowler is in league of its own and is rated by our crew as the most respected. We often hear it commented during television coverage of sporting events how mentally tough certain competitors are.
Home to some of hungriest and enthusiastic trainees I've seen in this state, not just the guys who want to bench-press over 300kg either! There is no bull-shit here. What you are going to get is some of the best advice in your life, for free. Henry and the people training at the gym know how the three core lifts (squat, bench and deadlift) are properly performed and are willing to take the time to show you.

The muscle pit is where you go if you want to get strong and become part of a family. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by Henry (the man who can talk and walk the walk) and all the other pit members. Before you know it you are pushing, pulling and squatting your best with the whole team behind you, cheering you on. 💪

If you want to get stronger/ fitter and be surrounded by supportive people this is this place for you. Everyone will support you- you don't have to be a high level athlete at Muscle Pit to receive help, support or recognition. It is given to every one- even if all you can lift is the bar. Great community within these walls and family created.
