Worst real state company ever! Had a bad experience from the beginning to the end. From giving us the wrong keys when we first got the property, to supporting the landlord trying to ripping us off by getting a big chunk off our bond when we left! (What he couldn’t do!! Had to go to NCAT hearing but everything was in our side 😊). Summarising, I would not recommend this company or it’s agents to any one!!

The photo's (see attached) of the exchanges in emails just shows how unprofessional and rude they are. Just for background information: My partner and I had tried to contact him via email numerous times before the open inspection and never replied. Eventually he replied with a time to inspect the property and he sent his colleague for the inspection. Then after the inspection, I filled in an application to try and negotiate the price and these are the emails as followed.

I couldn’t recommend our property manager Shanna Kelly more.
She is personable, approachable and efficient – definitely someone you can trust.
We rented an old house from Shanna so as you would expect various issues would arise – she always dealt with these issues in a timely way and kept regular communication till resolved.
Also Cindy the receptionist is great, always assisting when Shanna may have been unavailable, like a tag team. She was friendly and I always felt confident that things would be followed up on.

Shanna was recommended to me by one of the business owners earlier this year, as the rent fell short in May and the previous property manager wasn't always responsive.
Since taken over, Shanna has managed the property very responsibly with a minimum of hassle during this difficult time.
