As soon as arrival the receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming and lacked use of manners. The room was outdated and smelt of urine, stains were left on the linen, since sleeping there our bodies and scalp have been itching and overall felt dirty. Would definitely not recommend staying here unless you want to be treated in an appalling manner.

This company made it very clear that they do not accept locals.
During covid, our community has many, many families that are homeless or on the verge of homelessness, due to people moving up from other areas to escape the lockdowns and craziness going on.
My family is one of these. This company would rather see locals go homeless with children, than accept the $2100 they would charge to rent out a room to a good local family.
It is not just us. There are so many doing it tough and to turn their backs on locals in this way shows a business with no community spirit and care.
I will never ever

Very nice clean and accommodating place to stay. Enjoyed the day in the lovely private pool area. Most of all it was lovely to be greeted by the owner Connie. Beautiful lady who ownes Aloha... For anyone passing through port maquarie this is the place to stay if you are also on a budget. Best part is its 5 min walk to the town centre. Shops, bars and restraunts and water. Had a great time. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Terrible customer service. When checking in, an employer of the facilities had an iron stick on his hand and was ready to hit my partner thinking we weren't guests of the hotel, we didn't receive any apology and the receptionist was very rude. During the check out, the receptionist was extremely rude again and was shouting and swearing to us with no apparent reason. WE didn't feel welcomed at all and would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Irritating and pokey rooms that lack basic amenities such as sufficient air conditioning, sufficient power points, working wifi and anywhere to wash coffee cups other than bathroom. Fridge also is good for warming your milk and too bad if you use the pool or take a shower as there isn't anywhere to hang stuff to dry. Oh did I mention the wifi doesn't work properly?

A quaint motel a few of blocks away from the main shopping area. Basic but nice.
The room was adequate size with twin Bedding, (1 double and 1 single). There is a TV, fridge, table and a balcony, (which is for smokers as the rest of the place is Non Smoking).
Staff were nice, even when we accidentally over slept and ended up checking out at midday instead of 10am.
Clientele seemed to be workmen from nearby places.
There is food available, but it is catered for out of house, so there is a surcharge for the delivery on-top if the menu flyers provided.
It was also priced on the lower end of the

Lovely little motel in the perfect location. The receptionist was very kind and gave me directions and tips on where to swim/walk/eat while I was in the area. The room was spacious with large windows, an excellent aircon and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was compact but everything worked perfectly and was clean. With free parking on the premises, I was able to park my car and explore Port Macquarie on foot. Would happily return to.
