I stayed in Port Macquarie for a family holiday this week and while the weather wasn’t the best, the accommodation was outstanding. The facilities were well kept and clean and the apartments were very spacious, perfect for my young ones to stay inside all day. Not to mention the apartments are right on the beach with an amazing view from the balcony. Highly recommend.

Please do not stay here!
Just read through previous reviews they always find a way to blame the customer and put it back on them. The sofa bed was broken and chained up, we asked for a replacement instead they offered a roll in bed which they charged us for and didn't get delivered for 2 days. We asked for a room on a lower level as there is no lift and we were on level 3. The owner response was "if you don't like it leave, we have plentyof people that will take it". Please take my advise and don't give these people your hard earned dollars

Made a booking. Confirmed and paid for it. Then got a message saying it wasn't available because they hadn't cleaned it yet. Why advertise an apartment that isn't even cleaned or ready. The site said there were other apartments available but when we called the number on the booking the guy was in sydney and refused to move us to another apartment. DISGUSTING SERVICE

Our family love staying at South Pacific Apartments. It is clean, and comfortable, in a great location across from Flynns Beach. The pool and spa area is great for kids and parents alike. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances, but if you prefer not to cook there are several restaurants/cafes/takeaway shops on the next block. This was our second stay, and we'll definitely be returning.

It was ok I guess. We stayed for a week. The “ocean views” is only a partial glimpse of the water, nothing show stopping. Room smelt musty, you can tell it hasn’t been sanitised properly (we saw how the house cleaners were working) and furniture was old, beds and couch need replacing. No photos of the shower in the advertisement because it’s a bath tub with a shower head that shoots water in 200 directions. Would I stay here again? No. Was it awful? No. But there’s better places out there for the money.

Reception is always unattended.
I called 6 times to make a booking and there was no answer. phone call wasn't returned until the next day. (My stay was 10 days long)
There is more to add to the unethical list of things that the staff has done however I will be the bigger person and not bash a business too hard just because of one staff member.
I do not recommend staying here due to the staff however the location and apartment was decent for the price.
