A big thank you to the manager and the staff at Tribeca for making our stay so good.
The location is FABULOUS, walking distance to great cafes, restaurants, the city and the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens. The facilities on site are excellent, it is super convenient having the IGA supermarket at your footstep as well as cafes and other services. We were really surprised with the size of the 2 bedroom apartment, a fantastic size living and dining area plus a great kitchen and bathroom. Great location, reasonable pricing for this level of service apartment, hugely complimented with dodgy, arrogant & gangster like badly behaved service staff, ever ready to abuse guest!
We booked in late May, and checked out on 27/11/2021. It was ok prior to November due to; in and out of the COVID-19 lockdown periods, big problem started when one of the friendly staff going on long leave. Since, I can not recall if the room ever been cleaned despite of constant requests. Bathroom was flooded, toilet not working. Carpet not clean, my wife resorted to manually brushing the floor every night. At

AVOID THIS PLACE! 30 mins prior to arriving and checking in, received a call saying they’re cancelling my booking. When asked why, the staff member advised that all 4 guests must reside from the same household due to government regulations when in fact, government regulations allow 15 visitors per day from any households and are listed on the DHHS website. You are implementing regulations that aren’t even advised by the government so I believe you are a very dodgy place with terrible management.

We stayed here for one night as I had an appointment in a nearby hospital early the next day. The apartment was clean and spacious and the location is fantastic. Really good value for money. Probably wouldn't stay long term as the amenities are very basic but definitely suitable for one or two nights.

The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful. The reception area was very grubby. The two apartments we rented were not very clean and very run down. Broken towel rails, lights hanging from the ceiling, not enough towels, cups, cutlery etc for the number of guests, broken chairs, leaking airconditioner with a pot under it, broken blinds and windows with the rubber seal hanging off. The apartments were neglected and didn't feel safe which was a shame as the location is terrific. I would struggle to recommend these apartments based on the two rooms we rented.

DO NOT STAY HERE - if I could give 0 stars, I would. 😡😡
1. Booked and paid for a car park, were given a number and floor. Car park unavailable, drove around looking for spots under instruction from receptionist. 3 more spots on 2 levels unavailable. We were hung up on by reception 4 times before we found a park. Drove around for over 30mins.
2. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived, entered and cleaner still in room.
3. Went down to get another key fob and they told us they’d given us the wrong room. Then had to shift our luggage into another room

To sum it up the apartment was very underwhelming.
As we entered our nostrils were filled with the intoxicating aroma of cigarettes it almost felt as if we could get lung cancer, we had to air out the apartment for a couple of hours.
The bathroom facilities were abysmal, the fan wasn't functional so it lead to a very steamy bathroom, also there was no shower door so as a taller person it led to water being sprayed everywhere.
But one of the most annoying things is that you can request for a king sized bed, but instead they just mash two single beds together, making it feel like a very cheap
