Fantastic service. I came in just after closing time yesterday to see if they could possibly look at my car in the next few days. The man I spoke to didn't complain about me turning up so late. We discussed the problems and I dropped off my car last night. Got a call this morning explaining what the problem was and how much it was going to be. I picked up my fixed car this afternoon. So happy with how quickly it was done and it cost way less than I thought it would. Will definitely go back there. Thank you.

Stuffed us around twice,booked our car in for the wrong day to what was requested no apologies, i was wrong not them. Turn up for next booking and get told that my partner was meant to bring car in personally for a interlock which they definitely did mention, not friendly at all. Made to feel like a second rate citizen. They can stick there business where the sun don't shine.

I would have had no trouble if you say what was explained to me was actually explained. You have no people skills and don't make mistakes . In my business days the customer was always right even when they weren't. Uou couldn't even say im sorry mate for the confusion, you were specifically told that car would be dropped off by me and was never told the person getting interlock was supposed to personally drop it off. Your a liar!

Simon and the team at Springwood Complete have been really helpful. After taking my Subaru to multiple mechanics (and dealers) I was sick of paying premium prices for basic services. Simon has done a few repairs now as well as regular services and has been very reasonably priced, talked through the costing in easy terms and the quality of the work has been great. I would recommend them as a good friendly car mechanic shop.
