When it comes to losing weight you cannot beat having the support of a Health & Fitness professional to guide you towards your weight loss goals. When you have a fully experienced and professional certified personal trainer and nutritionist on your team, it takes the guess work out of having to know what are the best workouts and nutrition plans to follow.

With a Personal Trainer and nutritionist all you have to do is follow the plans that are set out for you. If you hit an obstacle or plateau with your weight loss, an experienced personal Trainer/ nutritionist will know what to do. They will be able to see whether it is the workouts and/or the nutrition plan, that need to be adjusted in some way.
Services
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (20 - 100 metres short sprints ), Resistance training using bodyweight circuit training, as well as, dumbbells, Resistance bands, suspension trainers s kettlebells, and medicine balls. We incorporate box jumps. Skipping, Boxing, kick boxing, as well as Pilates and Yoga, .

Have been going to Mikes group sessions with Fitness Set Point for over a year now. Without someone encouraging and motivating me to keep going and improve, I probably wouldn’t exercise at all.
The group sessions are fun and relaxed you are NOT being judged for how you look or what you wear or how fit you are.
The exercises are tailored for every individual and you aren’t competing against each other but pushed to your own limits so I never felt awkward or inferior. 😀 Give it a go

I have been going to Mikes training sessions for nearly two years now. I wanted to get fitter and hopefully shed a few kilos. This has been achieved with the habit of going to these small group sessions 3 to 4 times a week. I have even managed to get used to the early starts during the week at 6.30 am!! Mostly I love the social aspect. I have met some lovely people. It's fun, you work at your own pace and have a laugh in a lovely park environment. I really enjoy it and feel so much better and considerably fitter for doing it. The workouts are varied and can be modified to suit your own requirements

I’ve been training with Mike at Fitness Setpoint for almost three years. The outdoor sessions are fun, challenging and great value. The group of Croydon locals are so friendly and welcoming making the mix of cardio and strength training almost a pleasure. With Mike’s help I’ve vastly improved the symptoms of a cardiac arrhythmia and been able to reduce my reliance on medication. Mike is inclusive of all body types, ages and fitness levels and will modify movements to suit you. He will also smash the hell out of you if that’s what you’re into. Lol. 😂 I highly recommended Fitness Setpoint
