Services
Feel stronger and more energised as you build strength progressively in a challenging way. Learn the correct lifting techniques using Barbells, Weighted Balls, Sandbags as well as functional body weight movements. A great all round 45 minutes session to develop functional strength that can be applied to daily living.
Some of us may require additional help because every body is different. PT is suitable for you if you require a more individualised approached to training. Our fully qualified and registered coaches will work with you to develop and attain goals, motivate and coach you on a weekly basis. Members whom undertake PT in conjunction will classes often find that they stay motivated and maintain results longer.
This service involves assessing your movement patterns, mobility, posture, strength and endurance capacities. Fitness assessments are very useful to set baseline measurements by which future assessments can be measured against. These can provide an objective measure of your progress. We can also help you with preparing for specific physical fitness assessments requirements for the NSW Police, Fire Brigade, Military etc.
Primal has partnered up with Project Fit Trekker to provide a specialised service in "Train - Trek - Travel". We will get you fit and ready to undertake your multi-day trekking adventure in amazing destinations, our destination have included Nepal for the Mount Everest Base Camp and Tanzania to name a few.
These are training programs designed by your coaches which take into consideration individual differences and You do not need a lot of equipment and space to get started. Are the Zoom sessions suitable for me? Zoom sessions can be adjusted to suit any fitness level. Please advise your coach in advance if you need any modifications.

After trying out many gyms I finally found an amazing gym! Primal has it all, small classes, trainers that are knowledgeable and that get the best out of you! The community feeling of primal makes you feel like you are in a home away from home and primal has none of the wankiness of other gyms!! If there were more stars I would give primal 500 more!!!

I have been attending Primal NRG Fitness for over a year. My coach Ray has been amazing supporting me through my transformational journey where I went through a change of lifestyle and major surgery. Rays ability to really understand my goals, my needs and my obstacles he ensures that I have the right program suitable for my needs and more! Going to Primal is just lovely - people are friendly, the premises are clean and the classes at an intimate level. The gym makes you feel very connected to your journey along with a community to cheer you on. Thank you!

П best gym in Australia. Couldn't wait to get back after the lockdown. Pappa Ray even loaned us out equipment and kept classes going online. What a legend.
If you aren't a gym person this is your gym. If you are a gym person then it's a great gym for you too. Great variety of classes, great instructors who invest time, effort and friendship in you.

I joined Primal NRG Fitness on the recommendation of a customer of mine. My goal was to lose some weight , strengthen my middle aged dad bod and improve my social life post divorce. Less than six months on all of those goals are coming to fruition. Ray the owner of the gym is amazing. He is an excellent mentor , and has very good ethics. He knows all his members by name and takes an genuine wholistic interest in their well-being. The gym staff and members are very friendly and down to earth. My overarching feeling is , i didn’t join a gym , I joined a community.

Great community vibes and friendly staff make this the kind of gym that you can be excited to go to! They only offer classes or personal training, but the classes have a good range of workout structures, attentive trainers (who will check your form and make sure you're getting the most out of the workout) and it's always a challenge. I saw my fitness improve noticeably in just a few weeks!

Old school fitness at its best. Lift heavy things and move them. Move about and get the heart rate up. Everyday is a new structured program to follow, goals are set, challenges are met. Great coaching staff that care about your results, not like other gyms I have been too where you only see them on the floor when they are trying to sign you up for PT classes. No mirrors, no judgement just fun functional movement - Get on it!

Fantastic place train & workout! For the last few years I have gone back and forward with my fitness...at Primal I feel like I am doing something right. Since the beginning of the year my fitness and health has improved so much. The trainers and members all so supportive and push you to be the best that you can be. Not your average gym that but that's what makes it fantastic! cant rate it higher.

Not your average gym - the instructors are very knowledgeable and approachable in all facets of improving your health, whether it be strength, fitness or diet. They also cater to and care about each member as an individual. At the same time, not all instructors are the same, each brings different expertise and will refer you to another if they think it is best for you. Plus all the gym members I've met are friendly which also makes it an enjoyable place to be.
