Services
Our unique, all inclusive General Strength and Conditioning Program designed in a Micro Cycle within each week. Over each Month you will have cycled through a large array of base cardiovascular bodyweight and strength and power movements. Group and Individualised Programming in technique of Olympic Weight Lifting and strength and power movement that relate and assist in developing explosive movement patterns with external load.
At CrossFit Sydney we focus on Coached Group sessions to create a learning atmosphere for strength and conditioning formats. Designed to strengthen weakness and maintain strengths. It will expose individuals to new movement patterns strength protocols and challenging conditioning circuits. Olympic Lifting WOD - designed to get you lifting and improving strength and power in relation to the sport of Olympic Lifting.
Don't forget stretch/mobility on Saturdays at 10am & 10.30am to get more out of your training. Physiotherapy assessment using the Integrated Systems Model (ISM), a whole body approach, for prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Exercise rehabilitation using isolation and compound whole body movements with a focus on learning efficient movement patterns for life.
CrossFit is a foundational Core and Conditioning program that seeks to elicit as broad as adaptation response as possible utilising training formats derived from Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Sprinting and Combat disciplines. We focus on instructing the importance of proper movement through full ranges of motion and functional strength exercises.
Fitness is gaining new definitions beyond that of Body Building and Body Shaping. Andrew's preferred style of training is formed around performance and function in life and sport/ activities that take place outside of the gym environment. Training individuals for functional movement efficiency through strength and conditioning that has a foundational effect for all athletic needs.

As a mum of two young kids, who have tried many main stream gyms, I found that CrossFit Sydney has been the only one that delivered results for me.
Don't let the concept of CrossFit scare you because training at CrossFit Sydney is all personal based. Andrew and his team really look after you.
You will meet great people at this gym. No one has ever made me feel inferior because I couldn't lift big weights, or came last in a workout. Everyone is so encouraging. It's all about beating your own record. :)

I was wary about joining a CrossFit gym as some of the OTT CFers over the years have put me off somewhat. But CF Sydney is brilliant. Friendly, welcoming to beginners and patient with either expanding the WODs or adapting them to my fitness level or injuries. Andrew, Andrea and Maira are all awesome. And so is Liz their physio. Would recommend highly if you’re looking for a gym locally with great trainers and members.

I have loved training at CrossFit Sydney. This place is more than just jumping around getting sweaty for an hour like most group fitness classes. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. The programming was excellent and I left every session feeling like, not only had I had a good workout, but I had also learnt something and made progress in my movements. Saturday mornings are my favourite!

A great gym with a fun crowd in a relaxed environment. Andrews sessions are really well structured. My fitness overall has vastly improved in the last few months to new levels such as achieving a sub 7 minute 2000M time trial on the rowing ergo which has always been a goal of mine. The biggest thing for me though is the motivation it provides and boredom from the routine not setting in, which I always experience in a mainstream gym. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to improve fitness, loss weight, sports conditioning (multiple programming options available for those needing) or

For the first time in my life I actually enjoy doing a physical activity. It is fun, respectful and effective. The team is great, they explain what to do and how, works mobility, strength, hand stand and much more. The staff at CrossFit Sydney is great and they have good technical knowledge to help you improve your form. They cover mobility and strength training and there are also focused classes (e.g. handstand, lifting). The place is spacious with a multitude of equipment, the atmosphere is relaxed and you can push yourself at your own pace while getting tips on how to improve whatever you want to improve.

I joined Crossfit Sydney to increase my endurance for a Fire and Rescue fitness test.
I attended WOD 5 days a week and with my surprise 8 weeks later I smashed the fitness test.
I am so grateful to all the trainers and to the enthusiasm of Andy the owner who helped me and wrote me a personalised program as well.
My endurance increased so much in only 8 weeks. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and they all work and teach how to do the right movements in safety.
The gym is great and the members too.

Great gym with fantastic coaches! In the 2 months I have spent at Crossfit Sydney my fitness level has improved loads. Not only that but I have learned so many new skills that I would never learn in a conventional gym on my own. There is always a great atmosphere in the gym and all the members encourage and help each other. Could not recommend this gym enough!

I’ve been attending for 2months now, the trainers are extremely knowledgeable especially the owner. The daily workouts are tough, yet unique. The overall structure of the classes are outstanding and importantly the frequency of sessions is very convenient, I love the methodology and consistencies as well the considerations given to new members. What makes this place special is the members, they’re generally friendly and encouraging. What can be improved is the clutter in the gym, and remove open training during peak hours (4-6:30).

Thanks to Andy and the team at crossfit sydney. I have been training with the lifters for 4 years. In that time I've increased my squat to well over double bodyweight, won 5 elite national medals and one national championship. Andy has seen me through good times and injury. He puts up with my complaining, and throws in some quality smack talk. I hate it when he's right, but I'm a better athlete for it.
