I needed that extra kick of motivation to keep me going so I joined the introductory offer for mum’s and bubs. I LOVE that all the training sessions are outside- rain, hail, or shine- and the free childcare outside means my kids can play in the fresh air too. The Nannies are awesome, friendly, and love romping around with the kids so you can just get on with training.
The trainers are friendly, encouraging, firm 😆, enthusiastic, and push you to within your limits.
With enough training sessions offered throughout the week there is definitely a day to suit everyone.

I’ve been training with Lara and HHF for 6 years now and the sessions are always fun and different. During COVID Lara has provided extra online sessions, kids sessions and a heap of random challenges and activities to help keep everyone engaged and motivated, its been amazing. The sessions are tough and challenging whilst not being impossible. The trainers are all supper positive and supportive and happy to modify exercises to suit any injuries. Training with HHF has helped me achieve a long term goal of running an ultra marathon in 2021 and I can’t wait to get back to face to face training

I joined healthy habit after having my first baby. I was finding it hard to find the time to exercise so the nannies were a godsend. The trainers are amazing, I have felt challenged at every session regardless of my level of fitness at the time. There is also plenty of variety so things never get boring. Highly recommend if you want to see results while training with a great group of people 💪💪

Joining Healthy Habit has been an absolute game changer for me - physically and mentally. It’s really hard to find time to exercise with a toddler, but when they love coming to the park to hang out with the wonderful nannies, it makes it a whole lot easier. I’ve not only dropped a dress size and become the fittest I’ve been in my life, I’ve also gained a wonderful community of mumma’s. I have made the best friends here who have children the same age. It's a fabulous part of my routine now that I look forward to and the workouts charge me up for all the busy work of running a business and a household. the trainers are top-notch and they care about your progress. Lara is a fantastic trainer! She's always so energetic and motivating, but also very real. She's got a perfect balance of making sure you're pushing yourself but also making it feel achievable. I love and hate that she doesn't ever let you slack off ;) I've also had Ruth in bootcamp and she's been super lovely. Would definitely recommend training with the HHF team! I'm pregnant now and looking forward to signing up for Mums and Bubs.

After searching for a new park based bootcamp, I did a trial with Lara at Healthy Habit Fit. It's been a year now and I haven't looked back. I started with a two week trial which allowed me to try out a range of classes, trainers and parks, which really suited me for flexibility. Coming from a long term bootcamp past, I love that the team continue to challenge me and help me better my strength and overall fitness. I have been a Healthy Habit member for about 2 years. I can't speak highly enough of Lara and the team! For anyone who struggles with self motivation, especially new mums wanting to get back into shape or just need a little time out and be with like minded people. This is for you! Lara is awesome, so positive, encouraging & knows how to motivate us. She made sure we all have weights at home during this lockdown, and lending to any members who wanted to borrow. Trainers can accommodate and change the training menu if you have an injury. Just let them know before the class. It means a lot to me to exercise regularly and feeling great especially during the lockdown. Online zoom has been working well. I am very happy I've joined.

Joining Healthy Habits was a game changer for me and one of the best things I’ve done! The trainers are outstanding, and you work out with a group of people that are committed to developing their fitness which encourages and inspires you to challenge yourself. All of this is done in an environment of support, fun and comradery.
