Each of the stunning Edwards and Co. spaces are all available for hire for functions, media events, commercials, weddings and photoshoots. We pride ourselves on having stand-out spaces with beautiful decor and fresh open lighting, making them perfect for your next event or photoshoot. Each of our Salons are equipped with kitchenette facilities, bathrooms, large mirrors, open spaces and coffee machines.
As a general rule for new clients we allow 3 and a half hours for a cut and colour, however this is for a basic colour. If you are having a colour correction or have long/thick hair then we will allow extra time. Please be mindful of this when you are booking and provide us with as much information as you can so that you we don't have to turn you away once we see your hair.

**Unless you have money to burn do not go here** I went to Edwards and Co after lockdown as I was looking for a new salon and knew a friend who worked here. I came into the salon with brown hair and was wanting a light balayage. Although the experience in the salon was good, what I came out with was just not what I wanted. I came out completely blonde not balayage. After my hair was coloured they then told me they didn’t have the length of extensions I wanted in stock. She offered to stop there and I could come back but my hair had already been dyed so I continued. As we went along it was clear

It was my first time with this salon. Really liked the relaxed atmosphere and big open space and the friendly vibe, cool without being pretentious. I had some colour put through my hair but not completely happy with it but the cut is great. I will go back.

Must say I'm bitterly disappointed with this salon's customer service.
First attended on November 11, after a long awaited appointment following lockdown. The hairdresser with whom I'd booked had to go home sick, but someone else was available. Great! However, didn't have time to attend to all that I'd booked in for. Fine, I accept that. Made following appointments for every 3 weeks until mid January, because this is a busy time of year and I understand that.
3 weeks later, told at that visit that "no, I didn't book for a haircut as well", when that was clearly conveyed at the first visit, when

I had never been to Edward and Co before - it is a fabulous all encompassing experience -
Hayden and Noah are amazing.
My hair was damaged from a previous salon.
The care and time spent on me at Edward & Co was second to none - they made me feel special.
Not only are Hayden and Noah talented and amazing - they are lovely genuine people as well.
The atmosphere at Edward & Co is like stepping into Rodeo Drive at Beverly Hills - you embark on a luxurious journey.
I don’t spoil myself very often but this is worth it to me (I’m already saving to go back !)

Ash Del Saved my hair ! In preperation for my wedding I went to another salon and left in a state not acceptable for being in public let alone my own wedding. Ash spent the time listening to my request and really made it a priority to follow those directions. I cant thank Ash & the Edwards & Co team for the efforts and care they took in helping me feel confident again.

I’ve been going to Edwards and Co at Surry Hills for almost 2 years now and they have consistently excelled my expectations. My most recent stylist and colourist was Steph, she listened to what I wanted and laid out realistic expectations for me, which she manage to go beyond my expectations and gave me dreamy creamy hair goals. I am currently living in the U.S and I was at the Department of Motor Vehicles the other day and an American lady asked me where I got my hair did. Highly highly recommend.

Just wanted to start by saying the staff were so accommodating and beautiful and the vibes at the place were great but unfortunately in my case I was beyond upset with how my hair was. I payed just over $500 for a few lighter brown streaks in my hair and a gloss! , plus it was extra to have my hair blow dried so I left the salon with half of my hair still damp and frizzy ! Plus I had to go back a couple days later for them to fix the highlights because they went brassy :( I really don’t like writing a bad review but this place honestly wasn’t worth $500, I went somewhere else a couple months

I was not a regular as I was visiting from interstate, but that didn't matter. They were so good at fitting in with my usual preferences and did a brilliant job with my colour, cut and blow dry.
Premises -- Very spacious and pleasant premises, in a handy location.
Colorist -- Very experienced colorist who selected the perfect combination for a half head of foils. She also sectioned perfectly to accommodate my hairline. Plus, she made some recommendations which suited my hair type brilliantly.
Stylist -- A young stylist who impressed me. He
