There’s good service, there’s above and beyond, and then there’s Simon. Talk about pushing through hurdles to get an outcome!
We built our home on a fluffy block, so a new home in an established suburb. The first two lenders wouldn’t recognize the build cost. Simon figured out they were valuing sales based on 30 year old homes and got the bank to recognize this so our next valuation came it on the builders price.
Then the builder wouldn’t recognize the bank’s payment schedule for the build. Simon sorted that as well.
Then when we went to refinance at the completion of the build,

Simon went above and beyond to help us purchase our family home. We had a couple of hurdles as my wife was on maternity leave when we found our new house, but Simon provided great advice and kept on top of the banks in order to get us across the line.
