Hi Mel , Just noticed your review regarding me and my company Stewart James Real Estate . I acknowledge that the sale was a difficult & frustrating one with respect to the prolonged time in respect to the granting of probate in this deceased estate . Advice from the solicitors was not conclusive as to when probate would be granted , therefore no definate settlement date could be gauged . Your verbal offer was discussed with the vendors and it was decided by the executors of the estate that we would ask for final and best offers to be put foward in writing , this was

Unscrupulous Agent. Be Cautious Doing Business with Bill James.
I made an offer on a property that Bill was the agent for on the 6th October 2018, the sellers countered and we agreed on a higher price on the 7th October. Bill contacted me shortly after & advised me to postpone the signing of the contract as there were unexpected legal delays on the seller's end. In the weeks that followed I stayed in regular contact with Bill & the seller's lawyer regarding the matter on their end, which was on going. I was assured by Bill that the sellers wanted to continue to honour our agreement. However, unbeknown
