I've had Mount Barker Property Management take care of the leasing and the tenancies for my two rental homes for several years now. I'm pleased to say the properties have been kept in much better condition than I'd expected when I put them out for rent. Holly, Colin & Jo have been great to deal with and their knowledge in building construction has been valuable. The leasing fee & management retainer is also fairly priced.

Very funny to see holly shires found guilty in court last week for illegal property management (and hitting a council worker with a shovel!). Hopefully the fine is enough to shut down her business so she can stop preying on tenants with illegal clauses and unreasonable requests.

Worst by far of any property manager I have dealt with. fails to communicate and refuses to give inspection reports , bonds not given or registered to tenancy. has been dismissed as agent but told tenant she had not been and took rent and would not pay owner. really a so called one man band with apparently their own rules.

Holly is one of very few Real Estate Agents in this area who goes totally above and beyond to help you. She's very knowledgeable and she actually cares about people like her job role requires. Without her help, I would have most likely be homeless. She is aware of the needs and wants of this area too. Holly is also very efficient and doesn't leave any unanswered questions. We had a requirement to have an interested professional find a great tenant and rent out our humble 3 bedroom home in the Adelaide Hills. We dealt with Holly and she was impeccable. Her attention to detail and enthusiastic approach were refreshing and her client service was as good as anything we had experienced. Interestingly the tenant told us that he found dealing with Holly just as exceptional... We have no hesitation in recommending Mt Barker Property Management to Landlords or people needing a rental property. Fantastic service and affordable.
