Dirty oven and rangehood . Large yellow stain on my pillow. Floor not perfectly clean. My feet were dirty upon walking barefoot on it. Promised by email unit 23. Arrived and given unit 13. After I spent time looking at photos all for nothing. To give my room promised to me to another customer is not good business. I would rather you rang or emailed me to say that room is now unavailable because you had to satisfy someone else at my expense. I would gladly have paid more for it. But you didn't even give me a courtesy call. We found out on arrival. NOT GOOD PUBLIC RELATIONS !!! In all my years of

Sadly my trip beachfront towers was horrible. Even though the staff were lovely the room was well overpriced. My partner and I were confronted with how disgusting the room was. There were cigarette butt burns in the carpet, the fans in the room were were covered in dust and about to fall off the roof, the wall in one of the bedrooms had a hole in it. the kitchen floor wasn't moped/swept before we arrived. We also had to move the bed in the main room to the lounge room because the ensemble was dusty and felt like it was going to break... Honestly paying $650 for the room the only thing good was

Where do I start.... we booked 2 rooms for two couples for the weekend. On arrival we were told the second key was missing and that they had to drive down the club to get it...we then parked in the underground park, good luck parking if spots are full..smallest, tightest carport in history. On getting to our unit, the floors were dirty under foot, the air ventilation had so much dust over it, it was moving in the wind. There was one cake of soap and a single spare toilet roll(for 4 people). There was a liquid stain on two walls in our bedroom... who knows what it was. When I brought it up with

Great location within easy distance of everything. Units are not the newest in the area but appears as though they have been updated. The beds were very comfortable and the place as a whole was tidy and clean. There are how ever a few negatives. Parking, if you have a 4WD I would be very wary of even trying to park underground, there is very tight manoeuvring involved. The main bedroom has its queen size bed on a "platform" with steps up to it on either side( see photo). Not sure if this in in every unit but it was in ours. For families tbere is no bath for the young ones only a shower. Some of

I came here about 9 years ago. We had a great stay. The pool was always available for us to use and the games room was cool. Fantastic location, with just a short walk to the beach and nearby dining and shopping options available. Trolleys were available to transport luggage from car to door.

Very disappointed, we asked for an ocean view and was stuck in unit 46 with a very small balcony which could not hold more than 2 people comfortably due to air-conditioning unit taking up most of the space. Had to have the air-con on most of the time as the unit was so hot which meant you could not sit out on the balcony as the air-con unit blew hot air at you. The unit was filthy, we even found the last tenant's left-over soap and wrapper on the shelf in the shower recess. Moved beds to plug in phone charger and wished we hadn't - disgusting. Washing machine and dryer hadn't been cleaned for a

Location is great, close to the beach and shops. ***WARNING*** parking space is very tight. I would recommend bringing a small call. We had a Mazda 2 and it was still tight to park. You can only get out on one side of the car, the other side was so tight you couldn't open the door without hitting the concrete wall.
Apartment was clean but was a little dated. The frying pan was not non-stick. We had to go out and buy a new one because the one in the apartment was hopeless. Staff are nice and great to deal with. Rooms don't have air-conditioning which is a shame. It gets hot during summer and we

Neat and tidy. Quite spacious. Clean with very tight security (maybe even too tight with carpark requiring key to get out from under building (fire escape needs if you left the key upstairs??). PARKING by the way was a bit of a nightmare; tiny and huge pylon right in the middle which made our new cars reverse camera VITAL! (even then it often took many attempts!) - Glad we took that car, as no way would my big Ford fit!
Have to now compare it closely to a place in Auckland for bad parkability!
Only issue at all was that the adjoining restaurant inadvertently let kids into games room area while
