Right on the water with stunning views. Great location for dining and bars. Shopping right across the road. There's a beautiful pool, spa and sauna and the grounds are well kept. There's lifts, reception and undercover parking for owners. Visitor parking is hard to find. Although an older building, it's well looked after with spacious accommodation.

Our apartment on the 11th floor was lovely with a beautiful ocean view. I was super impressed by how clean the apartment was. The kitchen had literally everything you could ever need, such as a dishwasher, sandwich maker, coffee machine, wine glasses, and much more. The spa on the bottom floor is super nice. We spent 5 nights in this apartment, and I wish we could have stayed longer! All the nice restaurants and sunshine plaza is all within a short walk from the apartments, which is super convenient. The only thing I would complain about at all is the fact that the parking is quite tight for our

Great facilities. Amazing location. Acommodation is dated but clean. The appartment had everything we needed and more. Magical views and walking distance to woolworths and the cotton tree esplanade. Only let down was no airconditioning in the appartments but weather was fine so luckily we never needed it anyway. One thing we really liked was the free library, jigsaw puzzles and games on loan and you can hire canoe from the reception at a very reasonable price. The kids had a ball and the heated pool and spa is the best we have used in maroochydore. (We have stayed at 6 different high rise apartments

Great views, we were visiting family who stay there when they come over from New Zealand. My brother sister in law and beautiful children, and parents love it there... We may have almost got them in trouble as I had my wee girl (dog) in my bag which I always do.... We didn't take her in because the manager saw her. But y brother said they had other visitors go there and take their dog too hahaha
