What a fantastic resort. Stayed here from 16/12/21 - 24/12/21 in room 806 (2 Bedroom Apartment). The apartment was incredibly spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. Being able to relax on the balcony was also great.
The pool facilities were fantastic and not very busy which was a plus. Although we didn't use the gym, it appeared to be well equipped.
The location of the Resort is also great, being just next door to the Big Top Shopping Centre and a multitude of restaurants. The Sunshine Plaza, Cotton Tree Shops and Maroochydoore Beach are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Picked at random for a break on the Sunshine Coast. Modern, clean and quiet mid-week. Its located in a sweet spot in the midst of the plazas, beach, creek and Maroochy River so no need to drive if you're happy to roam around on foot. Lots of good eating options. Look for the entrance on Duporth Avenue but pull around the corner and park in the visitor bays in the carpark to register.

Location was great, but I guess you are paying for the location and not the items inside the the apartment. Bed was average, sheets ok, cutlery, couldn't cook with them or cut with knifes, i guess not many people cook in these apartment. But I would prefer to stay in a motel for a week for the price we payed to stay here for one night.
Reply- it was under my partners name, we stayed on a corner suite on the swimming pool level looking over the water.

Loved this place. My family and I came here at the last minute after our booking elsewhere was mismanaged and we were placed in a really bad room. Our apartment at M1 was incredibly spacious for the four of us, check-in was lovely and so simple, and thus place is so central. It was great to have our own laundry, the free WiFi and smart TV was well received by the kids, and the kitchen was a great layout to make cooking at home a breeze. This will most likely be our go-to accommodation on the Sunshine Coast moving forward.
