Payment should be made over the phone. Any prescription food and medications should be pre-ordered so it can be organised and set aside. If you live outside our 5km radius in Ringwood, you are still allowed to visit the clinic for a vet appointment or to pick up prescription food and medications. Kim, the clinic owner, decided when she was young and witnessed inadequate animal health care first-hand, that she would change what vet care means.

Very helpful staff. Called them because I found a stray dog and wasn't sure what to do. Even though it was near closing time on a weekend. The staff went above and beyond to help me over the phone. Arranged a pickup via council too while I was waiting on the phone. Fantastic service and genuine care for animals.

This is the best Veterinary Clinic in Melbourne in my opinion.
The team that works here are absolutely wonderful and are so knowledgeable, easy to deal with and above all caring! It’s such a relief to know that your little furry family members are in such caring hands.
They love our little doggy just as much as we do and it really does make all the difference and helps ease the worry of both you and your pet when your pet is unwell.

All the staff and doctors here are crazy sweet & genuinely care for my little Boo anytime something’s up. They’ve sent him adorable little cards in the mail which are so appreciated and always go the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. No other vet we’ve been to has ever come close to the level of care they offer here at Ringwood Vet. Boo loves coming here and always comes out a healthier & happier pup ☺️

I absolutely love all the staff at Ringwood Veterinary Clinic. They are professional, kind and knowledgeable and always looking to help our fur babies. I entrust my 3 cavoodles, (ages 12, 4 and 10 months), with the team. They are always available for guidance and advice and listen to us as their owners to help guide the best outcome for our dogs.
