They have sent me a client's pwrsonal information. Client's name is,Vladi. I now have all of Vlad's personal infomation. Tried to call them to say, you have confused me with one of your tenants, but tgey don't answer phone. I wouldn't rent or sell with them bwcause this is a privacy breach. Poor Vlad.

I don’t have to say much because most reviews tells the truth. careless and helpless. should be coming to see these reviews before i signed the lease. but anyway, just keep recorded with everything if you have to deal with them. otherwise, you will need to pay extra money. not a good experience

A really pathetic experience interacting with Khom and Jojo. The contract would be easily tweaked without informing us. The owner of the house would randomly show up and snoop around the place and would question us about our whereabouts and random interrogations. When we were in trouble and needed Khom’s help, we would call him and either he would ignore or fail to call back. Worst being that towards the end of the lease, the agent told us of some unnecessary expenses that we, as students couldn’t afford. The agents would inform us of a huge expense like $500 and expect us to pay within a weeks

Amazing team with amazing agents who does not bother about tenants at all. Not at all considerate about tenants.
Be wary about their end of lease Condition report, they tend to loot a lot from tenants.
Terrible customer service from the agents, they always talk as if they are doing a favour.
They will only talk politely when they wanted to ask a favour.
They have one property in Burwood suburb. Never lease that house, you will lose a lot of money after the lease end.

Very bad experience with this real estate agent. Signed a lease for a fully furnished apartment, upon moving in, noticed a lot of the furniture was broken and this had been concealed during the inspection. I had to pay for the removal and replace the furniture myself. Lots of other repairs flagged and was always told to fix it myself. This has been the worst experience I have ever had and no support from the real estate agent. Do not use!!

Gina Busuttil is the most careless real estate agent ever.
- I found new tenants who has take over my lease and who have BOUGHT furniture from me YET she firmly told me I HAVE TO remove the furniture to somewhere for an inspection!!! So I booked movers paid the deposit and thinking I have to spend so much money and time for nothing.
But on the last day I asked the landlord whether that is necessary. Luckily the landlords were nice and have common sense, so when I told them they told me I don't need to remove furniture as that is unnecessary.
That woman could have at lease asked the landlord
