Tooks me 3.5 months to get my bond back. Fantastic. I have to say they are so unprofessional. They messed up with the rent we paid, probably not very good at math? Their manager Eva was so rude to me and one of the reception lady. One of my worst decision of my life is to use this company. A reward to Lazogas: THE WORST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN MELBOURNE.

We met Kon and his mother last Saturday as we were looking for an apartment for our daughter. We are based in Sydney and only had a few days to find a place for Jodie. The first contact with Kon was simply LOVELY! Meeting a real estate agent with such a human approach to this industry is a rare find. As a property owner I urgently needed a new fence between the rented house next door and my own.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with real estatestate agents. Had maintenance requests open for months, including one about some of the roof falling down. Completely incompetent- we had a rent raise, which is fine, but they miscalculated and said we were underpaying our rent, which we weren't. The people who work there are rude, and always say they are 'busy'. They fill out paperwork incorrectly, misspelling our names on multiple occassions and putting people on our bond forms who had long left the property. Overall, would not ever use this company. Lift your game Lazogas.

Sorry to say but Lazogas have been utterly horrid. Unprofessional service, and honestly glad to be gone. The house was wonderful, but their services were truly abhorrent.
When it came to end of lease, there were some very questionable discussions over the phone. If you end up with these people as your agents, make sure you correspond over email, and request any conversations over the phone to be completed in an email.
When comparing the condition report to the final inspection, several details that were noted in the initial condition report were ignored, with lazogas stating that these items

Anna Potaris is a highly competent and professional Property Manager. We are really demanding landlords who care very much about who rents our property and how they care for it. Anna helped us to find a great tenant and is always an excellent go-between when issues arise. Anna knows all the rules and legal details. She knows her field really well and has given us very sound advice. She negotiates fairly with us and the tenant and always provides the best service, in a very clear and straightforward way.
