At first I hired a large Realestate agency to look after my mother's home as she moved into a nursing home but was very disappointed with their service and then I found Cherie what a difference she was professional and her personal manner joyful even though we were not in her area she still found us a Tennant and developed a great connection with them making it so easy for us to work with them.Three years later mum sadly passed and Cherie made the transition from having the property tennented to selling very easy. I was hoping the reviews left on google were a true reflection of Cherie's demeanour, however unfortunately this was not my experience. As a successful business owner and mother to well mannered children, I was told that the landlord was looking for "corporate'" tenants and that I "don't exactly fit the mould". I let her know I was willing to pay 3 months upfront and could move in that week. My application was rejected on the premise that there were a strong number of applications and upon further follow up I was told that I could not afford the property when my bank statement shows I clearly can

Cherie is by far the best property manager I have ever dealt with. My husband and I are both renting and whenever we have had even the slightest issue with our place, Cherie has got onto it and sorted it out right away.
