I found Mandurah Diesel and Marine Repairs to be a very helpful and accomodating business.
The purpose of my visit and business was to get my newly upgraded caravan inspected to have the new compliance plate put on to make use of the new upgrade.
They fitted me in quickly and even went the extra mile to allow me to get gas compliance done without penalising me by failing the inspection.
Instead he cancelled the application and told me to call by once I had it done. I did that and he fitted me in on the day I went there and I didn't have to wait long either.

No communication from the company to the owner regarding the work being completed on a bus being prepared for a vehicle inspection.
Because of this, such a simplistic act, being ignored the following days were spent in mayhem and a billion steps of unrequired hectic re-organisation that was needed and the stress it caused was horrifying.
A second person being organised and paid to collect the vehicle to be inspected. . Was put off numerous times.

Very disappointed, booked the bus into have a redarc power management system installed problem was they don't have a auto electrician working for them. They only have a apprentice. He tried his hardest but only managed to connect one wire before stating he couldn't do the job but I was still charged on a hourly rate of 134per hour.
Why would you take a booking to do electrical work with no sparky there and why would you charge me the rate of a fully qualified sparky. I'm actually pretty sure it's illegal to have a apprentice working unsupervised. The whole thing was dodgy.

Very poor customer service, little to no communication as I was constantly trying to get information from them. This included when they could fix my car to having to find out if I could pick my car up, usually mechanics let you know these things. However, the worst part of the experience was the fact they did not fix the main problem with the car after taking payment. I should have checked that they had fixed it before I paid but I trust people to tell me the truth, I'll be sure to do this in future. I asked Tim to let me know his plan to rectify this situation but as I have paid for the non-repairs
