He came and looked at my car
It needs a new alternator he said
So he put that in
All seemed good for a day
Rang him up to say the car is still doing the same thing
He was angry and said he’s sick of people ringing up after he fixed the car with a different problem
I told him it’s exactly the same problem not a new one
He said he would look into it for me
3 weeks later...........

What an absolute disgrace to speak to. Cut me off left right and centre when trying to speak, wouldnt let me actually explain my issue, was extremely rude and couldnt understand the man at all.... he was slurring words and yelling. I ended up just hanging up. Not someone that should be answering the phone for potential business.
