A Full Service is normally carried out on a vehicle once it is out of new car warranty (although Log Book Services can still be carried out after the warranty period has expired if preferred). A Full Service is recommended in cases where the vehicle's service history is unknown, for example when you have just purchased a 2nd hand vehicle.

Vehicle manufactures recommend intermediate services for vehicles that are subject to one or more of the following driving conditions "Repeated short distance driving, extended periods of idling or low speed, driving on dusty, rough or muddy roads, driving in extreme climatic conditions, towing and continuous high speed driving".

Many of our customers tell us that prior to bringing their vehicle to us for servicing the new vehicle dealer had led them to believe that they must service their new vehicle with one of the manufacturer's authorised dealers otherwise their new vehicle warranty would be void. This is incorrect and stating otherwise would contravene "The Trade Practices Act".

AUTOSERVICE has a team of highly skilled and Licensed Mechanics that can carry out any brake repairs on your Car, Four Wheel Drive or Light Commercial Vehicle. Our Licensed Auto Electricians can also carry out diagnostics and repairs on electronic ABS systems (Antilock Braking System).

Brakes are normally checked at every service, so if you have your vehicle serviced regularly (when due) we will make you are aware of any items that may need addressing before they become an issue.The wear & tear items that require periodic replacement and maintenance are the brake pads, rotors (rotors can also be machined) and brake fluid replacement.
