Prior to making any offers in writing, you should obtain a Sec, 32 (Vendors Statement) from the agents. All offers made must be accompanied with a minimum of $1,000 deposit, all deposits paid on unsuccessful offers will be refunded in full. You should make your offer for the highest amount you are prepared to pay for the property.

Use any one but this agent. We had confirmed multiple items before moving out and and now withholding bond and rent paid in advance. As we moved to another state - which they knew - the only way to get this back is through the Magistrates court. Which we will do. But never ever trust stephanie peros or the team there. You will get completely f'd over.

I give Ray Mascaro ZERO stars, but had to put one star in order to leave a review. Appalling customer service from all staff, especially Mascaro himself. They never reply to emails and have ZERO phone etiquette. They do not know how to interact politely and professionally with their clients. They claim to "get back to you" but they never do. In order to retain customers and have a happy and healthy business relationship with your clients, I suggest you improve on your punctuality, professionalism and communication. The amount of negative reviews I've read and heard is ridiculous and only places
