Very unprofessional, had to make numerous phone calls to get my deposit back as the deal was cancelled. Every time i called them and asked about the refund, the answer i got was like you will get it today... and never got it back until i wrote an email and told him that i am going to complain in ombudsman.

Absolutely cannot fault Robin and the team at Capital. The service, support and professionalism of Robin and his team is just fantastic. We really could not have asked for a better agent and team to handle the sale of our property. Robin really worked his butt off to obtain a great price for our home. My friend unfortunately got sweet talked by KARAN SINGH in selling her house last March 2021. They preyed on her vulnerability making her sign a contract of sale well below the quoted price and did not give her a copy until requested very much later. Didn't explain nor communicate all the details properly. She ended up engaging a solicitor to extricate her from the dubious contract only to find out that the signed contract of sale had been cancelled by the buyer a month after signing due to communication issues.
