Carly Tomat from Miles Real Estate is the worst agent I have ever had to deal with in my 10 years of rental experience. This woman is so dishonest, lazy, nasty, unreliable and needs either a great deal of retraining or a complete change in career. She could not care any less about her tenants if she tried. STRONGLY urge others to avoid any dealings with this woman

During the super quick period that the property was on the market he keep me appraised at all times about developments that were happening. I am so happy with the end result and can't recommend Paul highly enough!

This is the worst agency I've ever seen, we were interested on 1 bedroom apartment in Ivanhoe ,we called Sarah Pizzey (property manager) up to make the offer for the property at G06/264 Waterdale Road, Ivanhoe, 3months rental and 1month bond in advance. We spoke to the guy there (who opened the door for us for inspection), we asked could we need to send Sarah the email to make the offer as well, he said "no that's okay, I will Note on the system, and I send u the application code to apply..." We sent the application at the same day for inspection. And they're not viewed our application within 6days
