Excellent service, reception staff go above and beyond to slot you into an appointment that fits your schedule. Space is organised and clean, and the doctors are very informative and help with any concerns you may have. A great medical centre!

I’m really disappointed in this clinic I just don’t understand why they don’t pick up there phone calls ?? What clinic dose not pick up there calls? I had an appointment by phone at 1.20 pm today the doctor calls me at 1.16pm very unexpected if I wanted an early booking I would of booked early 😒 because my booking was at 1.20pm I wasn’t near my phone . I tried calling back I was on hold for 9mins not one person picked up what am I to do if I can’t call back and the doctor decides not to call on your booking time because he called earlier??? Very disappointed I’ll book elsewhere.

I always bring my son who has Chronic illness to this clinic and they’ve been great. But omg on Sunday 12/12/21 i had an appointment for my child around 12pm. The two receptionist were the worst with all aspects, one of them kept putting her mask down when talking to patients, very unprofessional. clinics are A HIGH RISK WHAT IS THE POINT OF MASK IF YOU PUT IT DOWN EVERY TIME YOU SPEAK TO A PAITENT.
And the other receptionist kept screaming when talking over the phone or to people. We can literally hear all the private details the receptionist was repeating. No need to be so loud

Dr Shiva has got to be one of the best doctors I've been to. She has been a god sent to me and my daughter🙏

This would have to be the worst managed doctor surgery. For a centre so big, have to sit in my car on a hot day with a sick 2 year old is unacceptable. Then the doctor being nearly an hour late for my my appointment and the entire time reception saying 2 more people. I had asked if I could wait inside after a half an hour of holding my daughter outside and the response was if the doctor hasn’t called you then you have to be outside. I will never return here, this always happens. I would rather wait 8 hours at hospital emergency then go back here. Your a doctor, your space is so big yet you want

Exceptionally friendly and caring staff. The GP’s, nurses and general staff really know how to make you feel comfortable. Beautiful experience with Esma when I went to get my vaccine.

I got my vaccine here and it was a very quick and efficient process.
Esma was the one who gave me the injection and she was lovely. Answered all my questions well and was polite.

Walking in with the beginnings of a terrible anxiety attack I was very apprehensive about the appointment but overall Esma was beyond incredible! She had me completely at ease and relaxed in no time, she gave me all the necessary information I needed and was very calm and kind which played a huge part in me sticking around and not being sick or passing out. Overall I am very impressed and very grateful!

2 weeks back I had a imaging and the imaging needed to confirm something with my GP. The poor receptionist tried calling this medical centre 6 times around 4pm but no one picked up. She said 'what kind of a medical centre is it?' I told her it's there new normal, I have tried so many times calling them at different hours and most times no one picks up. On the day of my blood test , I did ask one of the receptionist she was a young Indian girl that why you guys do not pick up your phone? And to my surprise she said because too many people are calling for Pfizer vaccine that is why we don't pick

Dr. Toma treated my mother yesterday. He was thorough with his evaluation, kind, and informative. He took the time to examine my mothers overall health and well-being. His staff took extra time to find blood test results that could take my mother for further testing following our appointment. Dr.Toma and his staff were professional and provided excellent care.
