Cosy Motel - centrally located in Narellan - across the road to a massive Shopping Centre. Walking distance to many stores, including an Aldi.
There was a bit of mix-up with booking the dog, which took the shine off experience. Then the bathroom had a slight water leak.
Well the staff and management were straight on top of it. Fixed everything up. Moved us to another room, which looked recentlyrenovated. They were very attentive to even the smallest request, and then went the extra mile.
This is reflected in the wall full of certificates, Awards of Excellence and letters of appreciation hanging

Bed mattress very hard not as clean as you would expect no teaspoons or knives has a jug and toaster no fresh milk only long life room could do with a renovation certainly would not recommend and my wife and myself say for what the room was like was not worth paying $157 for we stayed in a motel in Coffs harbour for $120 and it was 100% better than the Narrellen motor inn would not stay there again

Way over priced. The dearest place we stayed in 3 weeks, for what was a very average room. The website is confusing with price as the price listed and the description don't match. Had issues with the water. Up, down, up, down. Pressure and temp. I think they have a monopoly in the area. We stayed at a B&B at Nelson Bay, breakfast included, immaculate room, fantastic hosts, and paid $20 less than here. A hotel in Port Macquarie, a brand new motel in Tamwortrh, all cheaper than this average room with problems. And we were a group that took 5 rooms for 2 nights and they offered no group rate. In fact

Clean room. Bed firm and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner quiet, and fridge actually worked, and was defrosted. TV good. The double room had table and chairs and 2 seater couch as well as bench and drawers and separate bench with microwave, toaster and jug. No complaints at all. Plenty of parking and accomodated our large trailer.

Clean & tidy. Would consider staying there again. Easy parking. Not noisy although I was at the back of the motel. When I checked in they gave me a room that was already occupied with a person in bed. Very embarrassing for both of us. This has never happened to me previously. Obviously not on their game.

I recommend Narellan Motor Inn to everyone as it is also in a great location! A short stroll (very short... literally across the road) to the shops and restaurants.
My experience was wonderful from the very start!
We were greeted by the lovely lady, Priscilla and was given the keys to our Deluxe Spa Suite.
Our Suite was very clean and all bathroom amenities are well maintained and in working order.
We will definitely be coming back in the near future.
