We offer an attractive 3 level walk-up complex with tropical gardens surrounding a sparkling heated pool and spa (Guest use only). The paved barbeque area overlooking the pool and gardens provides an ideal spot for a family meal.
Tranquil Shores is delighted to offer you value for money by providing spacious, clean and well equipped units at an affordable price. In the event of the Occupant desiring to cancel the booking a refund of the deposit less an administration fee, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high and mid season or 14 days notice at other times.
We've been back every year - We first stayed at Tranquil Shores in 2007 and have been back every year since. Each unit we have stayed in has always been of a highest standard, clean, spacious and are very well appointed with. We have been going to Tranquil Shores for over a decade and can think of nowhere better to stay.

I'm a returning customer after staying here previously and ignoring the negative feedback - however upon my plans changing i have had to cancel my trip which is still 8 days away - i was told i would loose my $100 deposit - i was shocked - so i asked really even being a returning customer and being 8 days out - along with being a long weekend you would have no problem getting someone else for the unit - he replied very rudely that's how it is you loose your deposit - i said great i will not be staying there again to which i was told Good and hung up on.... Terrible customer service - !!!!! BE CAREFUL

Absolutely terrible and awful experience with this business! Don’t book with them! Our trip got cancelled due to Queensland’s snap lockdown. However, Rhys was very rude when I spoke with him on the phone about getting $100 deposit back! He refused to refund the deposit while he didn’t provide with a clear information or a receipt, but blamed me talk over him, saying he didn’t care at all any complaint, and handed up while I was still talking. They just aim at their business. Awful!

Lovely people managing this resort style units , loved unit 7 ,such a lovely open space over looking the pool our teenaged kids 16 and 21 loved it , short walk to beach,cafes ,shops such a picturess place . This unit ticked all our boxes , affordable ,clean, sufficient amenities, great friendly management happy to assist when needed.

My 3 kids and the wife set off for our second visit today looking forward to arriving as the first time we visited one was great. BUT today we book in went up stairs to our room opened the door and the room smelt like spew and a over powering smell of bleach to mask the smell and a big brown stain on the bed cover . I went down to the manager and told him about it he said the cleaner has been up there and cleaned it and I've been up there 3 times and said he didn't smell anything the manager said if you don't like it I will refund your money no offer of a new room no sorry he didn't ever come up

Great location, only one block down from shops in main street. 2 bedroom unit is quite spacious, clean and tidy. Certainly the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Sideboard is even stocked with additional bowls for entertaining. No air conditioner in the main bedroom only ceiling fan. The apartment was clean but extra attention to detail with cleaning tiles in the shower.
