Chelsea Hights Hotel is a great Pub with a really good Bistro the Beer is ice cold and the food is really decent, the Chicken Parmigiana
Is really tasty, my only criticism is the Tomato Sauce was a bit acidic, this is easily balanced with a pinch of sugar. The Slow Cooked Beef Cheek is definitely worth trying out, it literally melts just how it should👌🏼
There is also a huge playground for the kids with some arcade games💥
The Sports Bar is really comfy and plays all the top sports and UFC.

We used to go to this venue regularly but, in the past: e.g. to see shows and enjoy a good meal. We also went to the Bistro but, the meals were mediocre. Now, we have asked about their Senior lunches/meals a couple of times as not found in their current menu: NO REPLY OF ANY KIND! We will certainly not go there in the future. Great pity but, Customer Service and Care is relevant and there is no excuse not to render it.Pls go and read the messages clearly sent to you people in your FB page. Still no answer. Make it the info available to all. No more excuses

Your staff & venue need to educate themselves properly on the rules and regulations of covid exemptions. To refuse entry because of not accepting the exemption as valid. Under the Australian immunisation register the immunisation Medicial exemption form is valid as proof of exemption once the digital form comes through as it’s takes 28 days. No where else have we had this problem but 3 of our guest weren’t welcome because your staff believe they have authority to regret which is unlawful! You just lost a 25 people booking and I will also be taking it further as you have discriminated those

Bit disappointing regarding service
Walk in, no menus or waiters catering to you
Instead you must order from phone using QR code on table, yet still charged a service fee; even though you are basically the waiter. Food was mediocre, parma was small for the price imo. Nice venue though, needs a bit of life given to it, staff didn’t look happy and no music playing. Probably wouldn’t visit again.

My partner & I went to Chelsea Heights Hotel for the 1st time for dinner tonight & the customer service from the word go was absolutely brilliant. We had the Chicken Parma & Chicken Burger - it was delicious! For dessert, we had the Apple/Rhubarb tart & Double Chocolate Brownie - OMG it was devine!!!! A solid 10/10 - thank you so much 😁!!!

Nothing to recommend ... I can’t thank the bar staff enough (they were run off their feet) ... but although the children enjoyed the play area everything else about the venue was very ordinary and dirty and lacking in basic maintenance... toilet seats broken off and laying on the floor, no soap in the soap dispensers , grotty sticky tables and dirty cutlery ...we had to remove our own plates from the table .... I came home wanting a shower ...

Great gig venue, well set up and hold a decent crowd! There is a few seats around for those who need to sit which is always nice. It can take a long time to get a drink at the bar when it's busy but the good thing is you can still see the stage clearly from the bar! There's a small pokies area that is quiet and pleasant and a large bistro that caters for all tastes.
