Our Family Bistro provides a friendly environment specialising in delicious food and quality service. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, our team are passionate about food and providing high quality dishes guaranteed to impress every time. Disgraceful, What has happened to this Pub? Once Frequent regulars! Always supporting our local. never returning again. A large group out celebrating Christmas lunch, it was no celebration today. We loved how festive & inviting it once was at this time of year. The atmosphere now is poor, the decorations are sad and seldom. No options on the bistro menu, every item I asked for was not available? and no vegetables at all! After ordering the 6th āavailableā item on the menu the meals all came out at different times and not hot, lucky to be warm. We would have usually enjoyed a coffee after our

On 24/12/21 Christmas Eve had a pre arranged booking to stay overnight drove 2 hours in heat to get there only to be told they would not accept our government exemption for vaccine as the management have ordered only fully vaccinated are allowed in their building . They never discussed this issue when I did booking . The staff are rude I would not recommend this place to anyone and before they refused us they took money from my card and have refused to re emburse it immediately we have to wait

Ghost town! thereās a perfectly good reason, The new Management is terrible. Lucky if they even have beer on tap! twice in two weeks my partner was told, no sorry weāve run out, it wasnāt ordered! Not a single smile or happy face from any staff, if youāre lucky enough to find someone to serve you! No available food on the menu on already a basic and boring selection and outrageous prices for the poor quality taste & size of dish received. Slapped together luke warm parma, soggy tomato, days old salad, cold chips. Thatās what they serve you here. Itās our closest Pub and weāve given

My wife and I had lunch at the waltzing matilda hotel to day.
1. The menu was as limited as public transport on Christmas day.
2nd. I went to buy a drink at the bar 2 staff in an office talking, one looked like a manager the other I found out was a supervisor.
The supervisor had her back to the bar after 5 minutes te manager saw me and I was served.
My wife enjoyed her meal I did not I had a chicken Parmalat it was small dry and not worth the $25 I paid for it.
It was more worth the 9.95 on the seniors menu.
Never to return to this place again.

Quick food service because food was ordered ahead. Very poor customer service at the entrance, officious young lady refused entry to my daughter who had a screenshot of her vaccination Certificate. My daughter had to bring original up in my gov app before this woman would let her in. My 4 grandkids were already inside with me an started to become distressed when mum was stuck at front door. The young woman was wrong for not accepting screenshot. My daughter works in hospitality industry and knows the correct procedures. She was very embarrassed and upset by the whole incident

Great pub feed and not over priced and good size and quality
Okay I just rated the rooms here and they are poor rooms at best! But the bistro was unbelievably good and really value for money as they are very big meals and you donāt need to have a platinum card to order if ya get my drift. So dam good! Iāll also mention the staff are very pleasant and they are great with handling all the needs of people even if itās room service
