Having lived at Beachside Apartments for just over six months, I must say that the staff is extremely helpful and they take care of issues in a prompt and courteous manner. The owner, Mr. Sam Zimmerman, makes sure that it feels like home to the residents. Nothing nicer than living across the street from the beach in a lovely and well taken care of apartment complex. Thanks to Libby and Liston for all you do!

Move here to experience what life under Progressive management truly is. Electric grid is in complete disrepair. Every minor thunderstorm may cause a power outage lasting a few hours at least. Fire hydrant at the entrance apparently has a major leak basically turning front lawn into a swamp. Front gate is purely decorative so anyone can enter at will. There is a shady motel nearby (check reviews) and odd individuals wander around property after hours (remember, no front gate).

everything. For three years, this place had
no lights whatsoever on the north end of the
parking lot. Residents had to walk to the
apartments in near complete darkness risking
breaking a leg or getting mugged. Apparently,
it took some real incident for the management
to do something about it. What they did is
they installed illumination more appropriate
for a downtown arena. Now the whole place
is floodlit at night like a prison yard. I pity the
residents whose windows are facing the
searchlights that they installed.

Things have been fine until the new management about a year ago. To start off most of the appliances, counters and cabinets are outdated and cheap.There have been major breaks like water boiler, AC, water leaks under the kitchen sink and fridge while we lived there. Be prepared for maintenance to show up unnannouced and do a poor job at times. Not much storage in apartment, not pet friendly, there are some dark areas with no lights at night and no easy access to the beach as they claim. Lastly, be prepared to pay for every little wear and tear and whatever else the management decides to charge

The location, despite being advertised as beachside, is not really that great. A condominium across the street blocks both the view of the ocean and access to the beach. In order to get to the beach you will need to cross highway A1A which is quite busy till late in the evening and walk half a mile in either direction. Not to mention that they just started constructing sidewalks, turning your walk to the beach into an obstacle course. The apartments are not bike friendly. There are no bike racks and parking your bike under the stair case is not allowed. The pool was the only saving grace of the

We where pleasantly surprised when my hubby and I went into the apartment. It was Lovely Modern and spacious and yet cozy place. Great security and garage. Nice and clean and in a Great location with a Hop skip and a jump to the beach and close to shopping area. Worth every penny. Rosie and Tim from Geelong

This is our forever home. Very quiet, friendly neighbors, staff and owner are a pleasure to work with. Office staff goes above and beyond to tend to any questions we may have. Maintience is outstanding, we have not had any major issues at all with anything we need, they are here right away. But we have had no problems in almost a year.
We've had a wonderful experience and again this is now our forever home.
Grounds are kept up very nicely, buildings were just freshly painted a year ago.
The pool is beautiful with a bar and TV out there.
