Quite dated and dark decor.
Was clean but needed finer details looked at.
Outlook from balcony = Gorgeous
However had continual smell of cigarette smoke for 3 out of our 5 day stay due to chain smoker staying in balcony above us - smoking is allowed on balconies.
Internet strength = minimal
Location = Perfect

Absolutely horrible place to stay. Only gave it a one star due to the fact I had to, to post this. 3 bedroom penthouse with mould in carpet and looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Stunk like wet dog and out dated. Doors were almost falling off cupboards in the kitchen. When issues were brought to reception attention they weren't worried just said sorry. One already used toilet roll in ensuite and one spare for 5 days.
To get anything done about mould we had to jump up and down and bring it to their attention its a health hazard and nothing I'd up to covid standards. Manager would not

The views were amazing!!
However disappointing when we first checked in the room was filthy - floors had not been vacuumed or mopped. Hair all through the bathroom, mouldy curtains, and fridge didn’t work. When we let them know, they told me that house cleaning had left for the day and that there was a vacuum in the cupboard. Not very impressed for a 5 star hotel.
