Clean, fresh, spacious apartment with every thing needed to make a stay with a young family easy and enjoyable. Pool is gorgeous, gym a bonus and the location is exceptional- only one street back from the esplanade and beach. Coffee, breakfast is a short stroll away and the local surf club, gelati shops, Sea Life Aquarium and the Wharf all within walking distance. The complex manager Melinda is fantastic-nothing too much trouble to assist with and she was even able to help organise a baby sitter. A total gem. We have found our new favourite holiday and will certainly be back! 😊

Upon arrival we were greeted less than warmly, with the manager asking if we got an email for late check in, much less than a hello. He was nice enough though. The bed was hard, so were the pillows and the couch, and we had a view into the hotel next to us, which took away from the beachfront experience. You could *just* hear the beach. On the upside, the apartments are really big with full kitchens and private balconies, away from any other guests. I probably wouldn’t return as I didn’t see value for money with what we got (over $300 p/n).

View was lovely and the Kitchenaid coffee machine was a nice surprise. Furniture was basic but tolerable. What wasn't tolerable was the all night noise from the people on the floor anove constantly moving their furniture/chairs on the tiled floors. Made sleeping very difficult. The very reason stayed there was to relax, which we managed to do during the day with the lovely ocean views and convenience to shops and the beach. Sleeping was another story however.

My mother stayed for two weeks with a friend on level 8 in an Oceanview room and loved it. Staff were fabulous. Helped her book some day trips. Complex was quiet but well located to shops and beach. Room was clean modern and very comfortable. She highly recommended Seamark on First and would stay again.

The managers Lindsay and Shelley were very friendly and professional with their organisation and follow up. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. We also had a great view of the ocean. The venue is close to the beach and main shops and restaurants. We enjoyed using the gym as part of our fitness routine. We will definitely return!!
