Before I wrote this I left considerable time for an email reply but sadly I did not recieve one.
Unfortunately it wasnt a great stay as the unit was very dirt & old
Great reception & fill in managers at the time but that was it.The full time Managers need to let owners know they need to update the old &tired units & also maybe do an extra check over before gusets check in.The uncleanliness was really bad & could have been avoided if a once over was done before our check in.Such a pity as these units are in prime location for holidays.

Should be called hidden in Plain site. We eat out several times a week and the food was brilliant and our host Emily was so well trained and just a nice person. we will be back, its a hidden Gem in plain site. forget the negative reviews on google. They are wrong this pace was 5 stars every day of the week, see you there

The staff were friendly and accommodating.
However, we were a little disappointed as the room we stayed in was in need of an upgrade. The bed sagged in the middle which meant we were uncomfortable and rolling into each other all night, the bathroom vent (which was falling out of the wall) had mould on it, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odour.
The location of the hotel is great though being so close to both the beach, and the wharf, meaning we could walk everywhere including the local Coles.

Stayed here for a week over Christmas after having previously stayed here but room provided this time was well below expected standard. Mattress had large hollows in it giving a very uncomfortable sleep which was advised to management but nothing could be done about it. Carpet in bedroom was threadbare, curtains were dirty and hanging off the tracks and overall room was generally dirty. Room this time was overlooking pool area resulting in an inconsiderate guest talking quite loudly on his phone at 5:45am echoing across courtyard. Great location and reasonably priced but would not stay here a 3rd

The location is good. Unless you are on the top 2 levels you won't get ocean views if this is something that you want. But it didn't bother us.
The pool was amazing and the reception area is well presented. Secure parking at no extra cost is also a great benefit!
Our room was a good size. Unfortunately our dishwasher was broken and we weren't told beforehand, meaning we stacked it to find out we had to wash all the dishes by hand. Then we found no plug for the sink was provided so had to use a large bowl to wash up which ended up to be very time consuming.

Utterly disappointed in our stay. Our room was so old, outdated, worn out, shower leaked the entire time, decor from the 70s. NOTHING like we saw in the brochure. Definitely not value for money. Considering it’s rare to get time away from work and family we were completely disappointed. There is no excuse for lack of upkeep and maintaining a nice property for paying customers. Sorry but we won’t be back.
